Like many people relocating to the Riviera Maya, I was excited—but also overwhelmed.
What shocked me most wasn’t the move itself — it was the real estate experience.
Agents would show properties completely outside my budget or ignore what I actually wanted. Some took days to reply. Others seemed more focused on chasing commissions than helping people make smart decisions.
And honestly? It drove me insane.
I realized there was a huge gap in the market for someone who would actually listen, communicate properly, and tell clients the truth — even when it’s not what they want to hear.
So I decided to build the kind of real estate experience I wish I had myself
