Schedule viewings or follow up on real estate questions
Communicate clearly and efficiently about your search That’s it.

What I don’t do with your data

Sell your information
Share it with marketers or third-party advertisers
Add you to random mailing lists

If I introduce you to a lawyer, notary, or professional partner, it’s only with your awareness and for your transaction.

Messaging, contact forms & AI assistance

When you contact Gian Mexico Real Estate Group through connected WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram channels, we may process your messages, account identifiers and relevant contact details in our private CRM to respond to enquiries and manage follow-ups.

Authorized team members access conversations according to their assignments. Our service providers include Wix, OpenAI and hosting infrastructure providers. When an agent requests an AI draft, relevant conversation text is sent to OpenAI. Agents review replies before sending; automatic replies are disabled. Processing may occur outside Mexico.
